Company Background:
Our client is a famous investment bank.

This position is for an integration engineer within the TK ACM Managed Solutions team. ACM is the Application and Configuration Management team, and provides enterprise solutions in this space; it is part of the larger application infrastructure (AI) group. The managed solutions team is responsible for ensuring ACM offer complete solutions to our customers, not just products that our customers have to work out how best to use themselves. A major part of this is providing integration engineering for the products. This encompasses

• Setting the deployment strategy for ACM product offerings, and working with customers to help them with their deployments 
• Development of any ridging processes required to facilitate conversion for a customer from their current solution, to using the ACM provided solution 
• Coordination of work between the engineering groups, managed solutions and the customers.

Another aspect of the team role is to provide transparency to ACM's customer base and act as central point of contact during implementations. This role will initially be to provide integration engineering support for the prototyping and deployment of application discovery tools, but has the potential to expand to cover other products offered by ACM. Primary Responsibilities:

• Participate in the technical review of the architecture design, integration, and serviceability of application & configuration management products developed and/or purchased for use at it.
• Work with Application Support Groups, infrastructure teams, and/or 3rd party vendors to identify points of integration between new application & configuration management products and the infrastructure 
• Integrate new application & configuration management products into the infrastructure.

Skills/Experience Required:

• A proven track record in integrating products into a production environment. 
• Strong Unix and Perl skills.
• A sound understanding of the distributed environment: both from a systems architecture and an application development perspective. 
• The ability to clearly communicate the benefits of the ACM products to our customers.

Skills/Experience Desired:

•  Development background - 5+ years of relevant industry experience in a large technical enterprise.
