Company Background:
Our client is a well-known MNC company in various technology and services industries.
Job Description:
Set up sourcing strategy, localization target and supplier selection matrix for NPI (New Product Introduction) and Phase 2 (MFG to MFG) Transfer programs
Coordinate RFQ (Request For Quote), Sample and Pilot purchase orders for new designed/transferred parts, pursue program milestone and ICV (Inventory Carried Value) target achieved as planed.
Work closely with sourcing Purchase Family Leaders, ENG and MFG to facilitate communication with suppliers for troubleshooting the design, quality and delivery issues of NPI and Phase 2 transfer programs.
Job Requirement:
- University degree majored in industry (mechanical, technical) or business management, master degree preferred.
- Strong communication and influence skill.
- Experienced in program management.
- Minimum 5 years of working experience including 2 years in Sourcing.
- Fluent oral and written English language skill.
- Strong skills for Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
