Company Background: Our client is a well-known MNC company in various technology and services industries.
Essential Functions (Responsibilities):
- Develop winning strategies to close profitable orders for the highly competitive thermal / Wind segments of the Power Generation Business.
- Mobilize multifunctional (Application, Engineering, Manufacturing, Sourcing, Finance, Contract and Legal Support) it support team to implement the transaction strategy.
- Provide primary interface with Field Sales on all thermal/wind segments Power Generation transactions - bids, estimates and studies - during opportunity development and full Inquiry To Order (ITO) process
- Provide transaction technical, profitability, and commercial inputs to support Risk Management processes R0-R1-R2-R3
- Support achievement of Commercial Team metrics related to proposal transactions
- Take the lead for the bid preparation, bid submission and contract negotiation, and complete project handover from ITO to Order to Remittance (OTR)
Qualifications/Requirements:
- Bachelor of Science degree in engineering or equivalent. Major on Electric Engineering or Heat Energy Dynamics Engineering is preferred.
- Minimum 5 years commercial experience with thermal/wind power plant products.
- Experience on bid preparation and contract negotiation for Thermal/wind power plant projects is a plus;
- Experience on project execution for Gas Turbine / power plant products is a plus;
- High motivation level, self starter with strong leadership and negotiation skills;
- Demonstrated evidence of successful commercial performance in a team type (matrix) function;
- Fluency in English & Chinese;
- Good communication skill with multifunctional team;
- Ability to perform effectively in a non-hierarchical, team type environment;
- Certified Green Belt
