Company Background:
Our client is a well-known MNC company in various technology and services industries.

Major Responsibility:

• Assist China country sales manager to formulate short-term sales strategies for Southern China area
• Analyze competitor environment
• Make sales plan annually
• Execute the sales plan to meet growth expectation
• Develop distribution system to meet the market needs, such as pharmaceutical market driven by China Pharmacopeia¡¯s new regulation  
• Direct sales 
• Manage distributors to ensure they can meet our sale goals
• Work with service team to provide customer satisfaction
• Leverage it W&TP to maximize our sales 
• Prepare and update sales forecasts monthly
• Review and report the market development periodically with China country sales manager

Required Skill and Experience:

• A minimum of 5 years of Analytical instrument sales experience
• Familiar with pharmaceutical industry
• An independent, self-starter with ability to travel extensively
• A proven record of success in sales, and distributor management
• Good communication skill
• Excellent writing and speaking skills in Chinese and adequate skills in English 
• Ability to understand and explain GEAI instrument operation and application

Academic Qualifications:

• A bachelor's degree in either engineering or science is required.
