Main Responsibilities:
- To ensure budget (cost & sales) is achieved, sales target (volume & revenue) and profit maximization is realized, stock levels are appropriated and forecast data is communicated and review timely.
- To maintain successful relationship with customers, to promote PC Films and provide solution to target customers and segment, to get new business and to ensure customers' needs are met through regular visits, feedback and follow-up.
- To manage and implement the product strategy, customer approach, and maximizing the sales & marketing mix/resources to achieve new wins and greater exposure in the assigned area of responsibility.
- To provide timely and effective sales report, market intelligence, competition activities report and to initiate promotion/advertising activities and make recommendation wherever appropriate.
- To support long term, strategic business development within the Greater China and Asia Pacific in marketing and technical aspect.
Qualifications & Experience:
- University graduate or above in plastic engineering / chemical engineering industry
- Preferred with hands-on injection molding work experience or film extrusion background.
- Background and experience in sales & marketing in the related field
- Good connection and exposure in PC films a plus
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Good command of English and Mandarin
- Good technical and product knowledge
- Good team spirit and a good team player
- Ability to work independently and under pressure
- Well Organized in job related issues
