Key Account Biz Development Manager(2832)

Company Background:
Our client is a leading MNC chipmaker in the computing and communications industries.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Defining strategies and tactics to increase revenue with key accounts/industries.
  • Build a detailed, qualified sales plan for key accounts/industries.
  • Provide leadership and manage a successful and growing key accounts/industries-focused sales and product development virtual team to deliver revenue based on the committed sales plan.
  • Ensure accurate forecasting of the key accounts/industries sales pipeline
  • Network and build sustainable long-term relationships with key accounts/industries at HQ in order to deliver against the pipeline.
  • Develop co-operative relationships within GSIG (Product Management, S/W, validation, and Engineering) to ensure the key accounts/industries has the support it needs to be successful.

Candidate Profile:

  • Strong technical background to understand H/W and S/W architecture, and willing to proactively explore end-user usage model/solutions.
  • Have ability to build relationships with key accounts executives, and have an appreciation of the challenges and opportunities faced by the operators and vendor solutions to meet them
  • Customer facing skills with strong commercial judgment
  • Understands and has proven experience of solutions and service sales and is able to show evidence of building accounts for repeat sales
  • Experience in managing direct and indirect sales
  • Understands product sales with services.
  • Has been successful in closing large, complex deals.
  • Proven sales background: 5+ years with proved technical engineer background.
  • Personal attributes will include a high-energy level, hands-on pragmatic approach.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communications skills.
  • Preferably working relationship with key customers as partner.
  • Good to have China work experience or exposure, know local business culture and people.
  • Fluently English speaking, read, and writing skill.
  • Willing to have frequently travel in PRC.
  • Candidate can be based in Beijing, ShangHai, and ShenZhen.
