Company Background: Our client is a well-known Europe commercial vehicle manufacturer.
Job description:
Support smart market entry implementation
Coordination with relevant department e.g. ND to finish the retail setup in terms of dealer sales team, dealer sales operation process etc.
Make sure smart retail target achievement
Negotiate and finalize sales and marketing target agreement with each smart dealer within assigned area
Monitoring and execution of target agreement
To participate year end target achievement evaluation and dealer margin calculation and payout.
To implement target achievement reporting.
To break down area target and allocate to individual dealers.
To consolidate dealer specific targets.
Make sure the achievement of signed Target Agreement and add it to Business Management Reporting
Daily operations/communication with dealers, including complaint handling, dealer enquiry handling, assessments of training needs,
Ensuring of dealer standards fulfilment, implementation of MBCL policies and guidelines.
smart dealer support within assigned area
Process and operational consultancy based on dealer needs and HQ requirements Provision/communicate sales and marketing information and tools.(e.g. product information, marketing communications material, etc)
Monitoring of dealer retail marketing events.
Provision of basic DMS support.
To coordinate implementation of national plan at dealer level.
To propose local marketing activities.
To ensure dealer specific marketing plan is developed (align local with national marketing plan).
To ensure marketing plan is executed.
To implement dealer marketing plan evaluation
To implement dealer development, CSI.
Weekly discussion and review on open issues within area
To analyze and compare results from Marketing research and determine specific corrective measures.
Participation in smart dealer selection/dealer establishment with S&M input/comments
Others
- Communication/co-ordination with DMs from CAS and ND on relevant smart issues
Other tasks dedicated by Senior Manager of smart Operation S&M
Qualifications & Requirements:
- Possess a positive ,self-motivated outlook. Excellent communication and negotiation skill. Tactful and diplomatic. Computer literate with Microsoft Excel, Word, Access, E-mail and PPT. Good command on Madarine and English.
Good understanding on the passenger cars distribution and service related processes
- Good understanding on the automobile industry
- Bachelor degree or above, with major in Engineering or administration science
- At least 5 years working experence in automobile industry or relevant industry
- No less than 2 years sales management experence
