Description:

The GPC FP&A Manager is responsible for supporting strategic planning, financial reporting/forecasting and operational excellence in 3 global organizations: GSC (Manufacturing/Supply Chain), MST (Engineering/Research) and GSO (Sourcing).

Key responsibilities include (but are not limited to):

• Ensure management visibility to business operations / financials through standard reportings, dashboards and operating mechanisms across modalities, product types and Legal Entities
• Lead business strategic and operational planning across GPC functions.
• Drive "In China For China" initiatives.  Proactively support key NPI projects.
• Drive business productivity around material, labor and logistics. Ensure visibility and drive projects to deliver ICV productivity, supply chain efficiency and inventory turns to maximize business margins
• Lead overall China inventory mechanism.  Coordinate with all inventory owners to ensure forecasting accuracy and maximizing cash flow.
• Support driving business operational excellence.  Work with operational leaders on simplification and quality.  Standardize & optimize financial reporting processes
• Ensure team engagement and motivations.  Provide proper coaching and help team development.

Required Qualifications:

• 6+ years financial experience.
• Good analytical skills
• Solid communication and leadership capability.
• Interpersonal skills.
• Fluent in English.
• Appreciation of business environment.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Finance leadership experience in Top-MNCs.
