ATC Studios is a centralized design team that supports a wide range of projects within ATC, from cutting-edge incubation work to the latest versions of established Microsoft products to genre-defying products for the China market. We are looking to add a senior interaction designer to our diverse and growing team of designers, artists, researchers, and rapid prototypers to help us achieve success. 

Responsibilities include:

• Working closely with product planners and incubator on concept development, taking ideas from earliest sketches to prototypes through usability testing
• Driving end-to-end design on V1 products, including web sites, games, cell phones, and the Microsoft Surface
• Working with established development teams to understand and address their design needs and schedules and recommend resources
• Help establish and promote best-practices for design-centered development within ATC, including the mentoring of junior design talent
• Oral and written English ability are required. Knowledge of Mandarin a plus.
