Job Description:
This is your chance to help drive the worldwide adoption of it products for the building industry. As the Project Lead / Manager for the AEC Shanghai Desktop team, you will be responsible for managing Desktop development projects from initiation through delivery, including planning, project control and status reporting, and related troubleshooting and problem resolution to ensure completion of assigned projects on schedule, with high quality, and within budget.

Responsibilities:

• Interface with US Product Management to do scoping, project & resource planning for release
• Interface with development team, coordinating the delivery of software development and maintain project plans and schedules for the team utilizing corporate standard project management software, assisting team members in the
• planning, estimating, and coordination of tasks
• Monitor projects to ensure completion within defined schedule, budget, and quality parameters
• Perform critical path analysis and develop action plans to mitigate risk, identifying and implementing alternative solutions
• Create dashboards and other means of tracking and communicating project status, effectively communicating with all stakeholders to ensure satisfaction with delivered projects
• Maintain open communication among project team members and lead project review meetings
• Identify and implement practices and processes to improve team productivity and the quality of deliverables and the resulting products

Education/Experience:

• 3+ years working in an project management role
• Software or hi-tech industry experience preferred
• A Bachelor in a relevant field and above
