SR. COMPLIANCE MANAGER(2951)

Company Background:
Our client is a well-known MNC company in various technology and services industries.

Description:
Sr. Compliance Manager will comply with all Spirit & Letter policies, Anti-Kickback/Bribery, Privacy, International Trade Controls, and Healthcare specific policies including codes of conduct through appropriate control systems in order to minimize and mitigate risks to the business.

Key responsibilities/essential functions include:

  • Establish compliance infrastructure using Compliance Operating Models
  • Establish third party compliance processes including initial due diligence, documentation of relationship, and ongoing monitoring.
  • Develop core compliance metrics consistent with it and it requirements.
  • Install compliance reviews/audits in all major business initiatives, in the selling process, and process reviews.
  • Proactively take appropriate and timely action to protect business interests to achieve robust approaches and execution on compliance issues.
  • Ensure that all business personal are aware and trained at the appropriate level on compliance issues.
  • Develop, coordinate and manage the administration of indirect distribution agreements.
  • Manage compliance managers in specified pole.

1. Aware of and comply with the it Quality Manual, Quality Management System, Quality Management Policy, Quality Goals, and applicable laws and regulations as they apply to this job type/position.
2. Complete all planned Quality & Compliance training within the defined deadlines.
3. Identify and report any quality or compliance concerns and take immediate corrective action as required.

Required Qualifications:
1. Must have a BS/BA degree.
2. Minimum 7 years experience in professional or corporate environment.
3. Extensive knowledge and experience in compliance areas.
4. Strong project management and prioritization skills, ability to effectively manage multiple tasks and priorities.
5. Strong problem resolution and facilitation skills.
6. Ability to work in complex environments with multiple clients and short timelines.
7. Strong follow-up and attention to detail to ensure issues are investigated promptly and thoroughly.
8. Strong demonstrated PC skills using Microsoft Offices applications (i.e.: Word, Excel, Powerpoint).

Preferred Qualifications:
1. Masters Degree or Law Degree.
