Our client is a well-known MNC company in various technology and services industries.

Duties:
 

• Lead a small to mid-sized cross-functional program team to deliver the technical content, performance, intellectual property and quality deliverables of an NPI program.   
• Capture the user needs into system requirements and be responsible for the architectural decomposition and allocation to subsystems. 
• Drive the architecture, vision and design requirements for the product all the time balancing implementation complexity, risks, manufacturability, serviceability and quality. 
• Ensure that the quality targets are satisfied and retire technical risks as they arise on the program.
   
  Job Requirement:
• Bachelors Degree in Electrical/Electronic Engineering or Software Engineering.
• 5+ years progressive experience as an engineer or scientist within the medical devices development, include 2+ years experience in project leadership within a manufacturing, development or research environment. 
• Experience developing and driving risk mitigation plans and closure of cross functional program issues.
• Ability to provide technical rationalization of small to mid-sized cross-functional integrated program plans.  Experience managing system integration entry/exit criteria, overall test strategy & execution plan, System Verification and System Validation plans as well as integration, verification and validation tests. 
• Experience with the entire product development cycle and new product introduction. 
• Excellent written and verbal English skills.
