Description: Define and develop elements of a strategy to address various Biopharmaceutical markets. Identify priorities for the businesses that will have greatest commercial potential. Coordinate strategic business and marketing activities for both new and existing products, applications and solutions.
Key responsibilities include (but are not limited to):
• Help to develop a strategy to address various Biopharmaceutical markets. This includes: Defining the strategy for the growth (sales and profitability) Obtaining the input and buy in of key stakeholders within the modalities/P&Ls Driving the delivery of the strategy cross-business Partnering with Business Development to identify new business opportunities • Develop and maintain in-depth knowledge and understanding of trends and requirements in the defined healthcare market. • Coordinate the 'virtual' cross-functional and cross-business team that will deliver on the strategic business and marketing priorities in the
healthcare area. • Help to identify the product or application profile required to meet current unmet needs and take the lead role on portfolio management. Partner
with Business Development and Technology to identify and evaluate the value of new concepts and technologies from both a scientific and commercial
perspective. • Develop the business cases for lead projects (for presentation to the Portfolio Strategy board) and lead such projects through to launch. Transition
to product and operational marketing post-launch. • Assist with transformational projects in partnership with coordination with Business Development. • Provide input to S1 on transformational and cross-business opportunities. • Align cross-business marketing resources around healthcare market priorities and ensure we deliver common messaging and a holistic value proposition
for the customer. • Direct market research and analysis. • Participate in the development of pricing strategies for existing and new products.

Qualifications: 1. Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Biotechnology or related field 2. 8+ years experience in marketing, product marketing or related field 3. Excellent oral and written communications skills both in Chinese and English 4. Strong analytical and process skills
Preferred Qualifications: 1. MBA or Master's degree in Marketing, Business Administration or related field 2. Deep marketing expertise in strategy, market analysis and product commercialization 3. Leadership skills to lead teams and shape/lead growth vision and marketing strategy 4. Innovation ¨C develop new ideas through collaboration and execute on creative ideas 5. Team oriented ¨C ability to motivate and work well with diverse, cross-functional teams
