Our client is the global specialist in energy and transport infrastructures.

PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES:

Project Manager ERP

• Ensure the overall project management (Project organization, planning, staffing and communication) 
• Work closely with SAP B1 internal consultant  on technical solutions
• Work closely with Integration team and related departments to set up and implement SAP B1 and ALSTOM compliant processes / procedures / work instructions
• Maintain a detailed action plan to distribute tasks and monitor the execution
• Ensure regular reporting to STECO on project status
• Ensure system security is complied with internal control requirements
• Ensure all system users are well trained
• Formalise Management¡¯s needs in terms of Reports that SAP B1 should produce and submit them to consultant
• Review change requests and make recommendations

       
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, EXPERIENCE, & COMPETENCIES:

• 3-5 years experience in managing IT-projects
• Solid business software knowledge, ideally SAP B1 package
• Business process oriented thinking, preferably with experience in change management
• Some understanding of accounting and financial reporting
• Fluent in Chinese and English
• Good communication skills
