Qualifications:
 
The candidate should not only have wide, deep interest in new technologies and it products but is willing to turn the interests into innovative ideas/features as well. Some specific criteria:

• Be highly responsible and proactive 
• Be passionate in complex, high performance desktop software development 
• Ability to work under pressure 
• 5+ years of solid software development experience using C++ with proven track record
• Experience of desktop application development using Visual C++ (Windows) and/or XCode (Mac) are highly desired
• Strong object-oriented software design knowledge and skill 
• Good knowledge and practice in software development process and methodology 
•  Strong communication skills and good English speaking/writing skills 
•  BS degree or above in computer science or related majors experience is a plus;
• Good Japanese read and written com
• Demonstrated ability to timely deliv different milestones;
• Demonstrated ability to work on ow
• Resilient under pressure, high energ making and problem solving skills;

Desired and Preferred Knowledge and Skills:

• Experience developing automated testing; white box or black box testing framework.
• Experience & Knowledge of Adobe other desktop products. 
• Experience & Knowledge with C++ or Java, Java is preferred.  
• Japanese level : 3 or above
