Specific responsibilities include:

• Use internal bug tracking and test case management system;  
• Create/Execute/Maintain test cases, test files and automation testing; 
• Plan and Execute black box testing for functional areas in a small 3 persons team; 
• Implement and update QE processes, test plans, and test tools;  
•  Write QE related technical documentations; 
•  Support QE lead to ensure a delivery of customer expectable high-quality product on schedule;
• Support QE lead to coach intern as a mentor; 
•  Contribute to team framework/tools; 
•  Collaborate with Engineering, QE teams at Japan, India and US;

Required Knowledge and Skills:

• 3+ years experience in Desktop and Web applications testing or developing; 
•  Require BS degree or above in computer science, Information System or related fields;
• Strong organizational skills, Good English verbal and written communication skills, Work effectively with a global QE team in Japan, India and US;
• Experience with Object-Oriented Programming with at least one language:
  Java/C++/Perl/JavaScript/PHP; 
• Demonstrated ability to analyze, isolate bug/problem/issues from surface; 
• Knowledge of Internationalization and Localization Testing; 
• Knowledge of Japanese Language and familiar with Japanese UI software; 
• Resilient under pressure, high energy levels, positive attitude, Independent decision making and problem solving skills;
• Self starter and motivator, quick learner;

Desired and Preferred Knowledge and Skills:

• Knowledge of digital image processing and image file format  
• Knowledge of automation testing concept, methodology, framework and tools 
• Knowledge about Flex/Action script programming 
• Knowledge about Photoshop product and related competitors software 
• Japanese level : 2 or above
