Main Responsibilities:
- Manage the SAP function modules PP/PI, MM, QM
- Collaborate with internal customers (operating departments) and internal project team within SAP Implementation Projects and Business Process Optimization Projects.
- Main activities:
- Project Planning
- As-Is Process Analysis
- To-Be Process gap analysis
- Change Management activities
- User Acceptance Testing
- Hypercare
- Consult/support key-users of operating departments in using the SAP system
- Organize and perform process and system training for end-users
- Internal support for department ICS/GISC activities
Qualifications & Experience:
- Bachelor's degree or above. Major in computer science or engineering is preferred
- Expert for production processes in the Chemical Industry with sound SAP application knowledge in PP/PI, QM, MM (basic knowledge in SD preferable)
- 3-5 years SAP implementation/support experience
- Project management experience preferred
- Good skills in spoken and written English
- Open and professional communication style
- Strong team player who learns and adapts quickly in an international environment
- Good analytical skills and effective problem solving skills
- Self-motivated and able to work independently and under pressure
