Main Responsibilities:

• Cooperate with sales force and marketing people on key project follow up, provide technical support 
• Following the technique market trends and finding the newest PC sheet product and application  
• Communicate with project owner and designers, provide technical support and solutions. 
• Develop new design, product, solution in technical installation and engineering 
• Cooperate with QA dept and sales dept, coordinate with customer complaint, provide on-site investigation and analysis on technical issue.
• With internal support from Bayer, provide competitive materials and solutions.
• Monitoring of competitors (benchmarking, technical information, etc.) and to deliver to Market Intelligence dep (MI)
• Support on adequate implementation of training measures (technical) for and with the distributors.
• Ensure flow of information on product and technical market development and trends.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Bachelor degree and above, major in construction or chemical/material science related
• Minimum 3-5 years working experience with related technical knowledge, preferred in construction applications.
• Technical and/or commercial training, with degree from a university or technical college, major in industrial/civil construction or polymer material engineering will be preferred..
• Experience in handling projects in related areas is a plus
• Adequate knowledge of PC sheet market-customer, applications, competitive products and processes
• Proactive, self-motivated, open and cooperative working styles .
• Good technical understanding, innovation sense and thinking style
• Good organizational and communication skills, excellent negotiation skills, convince.
