It Ad Platform China is building a world-class engineering team in Beijing. We partner with the Redmond Ad Platform team to provide user and content intelligence to online marketers, publishers and agencies. Ad Platform China is looking for a Lead Program Manager with experience developing large scale online software. The candidate must have strong analytical skills and can solve complex problems. The candidate should be able to articulate technologies and engage effectively with customers, research teams, development and test teams, and passionate about ever-evolving technologies and continuous innovations.

Roles & Responsibilities:

The Lead Program Manager collaborates with relevant teams to manage overall product direction, product scope and customer expectations. You will guide a group of program managers to collect feature requirements, derive product specifications and manage priorities. You will work with the development team on designing, implementing and quality delivery of the product. You will work with customers to ensure usability. You will collaborate with research and other relevant teams to conduct complex technical assessments. You will be working in a fast-moving environment with cutting-edge technologies. This position requites resource management as well as a balance of business strategy and technical competency. 

Qualifications:

• Strong technical background, exceptional problem solving and design skills. 
• Knowledge and experiences in data and data mining, machine learning, information retrieval, distributed systems.
• Experience in the areas of internet, search and advertising related technology.
• Experience in large-scale technical program or project management, customer-driven, with good time management and organizational skills.
• Excellent written and oral communication in English, Mandarin Chinese a plus
• Excellent interpersonal skills, ability to work, lead and motivate a high-energy team, people management experience a plus.
• BA/BS or MS degree in computer science, engineering or related disciplines.
