Specific Knowledge/Skills:

• Bachelor or Master Degree in Computer Science, MIS or related fields with 10+ years of related work experience.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English are required.
• A demonstrated ability to analyze and solve complex problems in a multi-tiered system environment is required.
• Strong interpersonal skills with proven track record of globally cross team collaboration.
• Proficiency with software lifecycle methodology and information systems development is required.
• Experience with C# or equivalent programming language is required.
• Experience with .NET Framework, Service Oriented Architecture, and distributed systems are highly desirable.
• Experience with XML is a strong plus.
• Experience with BTS (BizTalk Server), Gentran or other translators is a strong plus.
• Experience with SQL Server or other enterprise scale databases is required.
• Experience with at least one full software lifecycle to industry market is required.
• Working knowledge or experience with BTS accelerators or adaptors, EDI (Electronic Data Interface), IDocs, AS2, HTTPS and VAN are strong pluses.
• Experience working on projects with global teams is a strong plus.
• PMP and other project management process experience ( MSF, Agile, SCRUM¡­) are preferred

Responsibilities:

• Internal communication and management of overall program scope, schedule, budget.
• Oversight of project scope definition and analysis through delivery of multiple projects spread across numerous build cycles.
• Coordination across a team of Analysis, Development, Test, QA, and Production Support groups for timely delivery of releases.
• Reporting program progress to members of workgroup, director, and management of other internal groups.
• Identification and management of major program risks and issues and working to mitigate the risks and preventing the issues from negatively impacting the program.
• Facilitating internal project team communication.
• Might be responsible of developing maps on BizTalk and Gentran (Windows); proprietary code and C# code.
• Might be responsible of testing maps against technical specifications.
• Identification and communication of anomalies to the program managers or analysts .
• Setup of transports for feeds (e.g. VAN, AS2, etc.).
• Meeting delivery dates as defined by the project plan.
• Analysis and the creation of technical mapping specifications.
• Might be responsible of developing software (in C#, SQL, .NET, etc.) following ICOE development standards.
• Writing functional specifications per the MSIT SDLC.
• Writing installation/deployment documents per the MSIT SDLC.
• Training employees on technologies and methodologies.
• Developing new and improving existing processes.
