Description:
This is a first-line management position responsible for Shanghai zone in East region, and managing the activities of Sales Representatives / Account Managers. This position is also responsible for attaining sales objectives of the zone, managing the direct sale of the organization's products in the zone.
Key responsibilities include:
- Directly managing Sales Representatives / Account Managers in the zone. Select, train, and develop personnel commercial competency level to optimize effectiveness
- Developing and implementing sales and marketing strategies to drive organic growth in the contrast media market
- Exploring and generating local business opportunities to achieve sales targets and customer satisfaction within planned budget
- Cultivating and leveraging customer relationships at all levels
- Leading, directing and motivating the sales team to maximize local business opportunities
- Managing operation processes effectively, including but not limited to Goals & Objectives set-up, business planning, regular reviews, performance appraisals / feedback, upward and downward communications, EMS and etc.
- Ensuring sales team to be in compliance with company rules and regulations
Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelor / Master's Degree
- Pharmaceutical or medical majors preferred
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in managing a team
- Marketing skills and experience
- Prior experience working for a large company in a matrix environment
- General comprehension of English language
