Description:

The Asia Asset Leader is responsible for managing a portion of the Asia sourced consumable parts supply chain, driving optimized planning/buying of Ultrasound service parts to provide on-time delivery.

Key responsibilities include:

• Overall ownership of service parts planning, procurement and availability.
• Work closely with internal and external suppliers to drive supplier performance on delivery and quality.
• Support continuous planning optimization. 
• Drive inventory optimization to reduce excess, slow moving and financial obsolesce.
• Manage NPI parts stocking readiness, support milestone signoff on time.
• Effectively communicate both internally and externally to achieve goals.
• Identify simplification and automation opportunities to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of the way we work; use LEAN concepts & principles.

Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree and 3 years supply chain experience.
• Proven track record for driving supply chain performance.
• Strong communication skills. Good written and spoken English; Ability to effectively communicate in English with GEHC team members, as well as external suppliers.
• High energy, self-motivated
• Strong organizational skills
• Good team work.

• Certified Black Belt
• Oracle knowledge and experience
• Lean Manufacturing Experience
• OMLP Graduate
• MBA or Masters Degree
