Qualifications:
You should possess a Master degree in Computer Science with 3 years working experience or a Bachelor degree with 6+ years working experience on Windows display driver development. Additional qualifications include:

• Excellent SW development, debugging and testing skills in C/C++ or ASM*.
• Strong problem solving and troubleshooting skills.
• Solid OS Kernel experience on Windows*/Windows-Embedded*. Linux* experience is a plus.
• Solid experience with in-depth understanding of Video Quality methodology, such as TV Encoder/HDMI/Scaling/De-interlacing/Display Enhancement Algorithm, etc.
• Good knowledge on Windows driver development tools and methodologies, such as Visual Studio, WDK, WinDbg, and WHQL.
• Experience in Intel Architecture and IA based embedded driver development is a good plus.
• Experience in Linux* display driver development is a good plus.
• Strong commitment to deliver task on schedule with high quality.
• Be a team player with good interpersonal skills.
• Excellent communication skills in both English and Mandarin.
   
  

Responsibilities:

 
You will be joining PRC Graphics and Display Driver Team in Digital Home Group as a Sr. Software Engineer. This team is responsible for Graphics and Display Driver development for it SoC (System on Chip) based CE platform such as digital set-top boxes, connected Audio/Video devices, etc. In this position, you will be mainly responsible for developing display driver on video quality tuning and HDMI/TV-Encoder integration and debugging for it IA SoC media processor. You will be working closely with US partners and local teams on project development and customer support.
