Job Description:
The strategic planning manager directly reports to site manager, it is a senior individual contributor role who works full time planning for CD site growth from an operation prospective. Person in this position is in charge of building CD site capabilities for growth and evolution in mid-to-long term. This individual should identify highly complex manufacturing problems and provide solutions to enable site's strategic objectives. Drive strategic decision making at the top level of his organization, define critical milestones and work closely with strategic core team members from cross groups to hit the goals. Strategic planning manager's responsibilities also include focusing on developing organization strategies, driving strategic programs and projects at site level, translating strategies into action plans, developing and drive roadmap of production and initiatives by bringing to bear his/her deep expertise in strategic planning process, strong field knowledge and strategic envisioning capability. Qualifications:
You should possess at least a Master's degree in Engineering with a minimum of 8 to 10 years working experience in planning and consulting. Other qualifications include:
- Strong strategic thinking and envisioning capabilities and clear business orientation.
- Be able to work with senior managers across groups to influence decisions.
- Be familiar with strategic planning process
- 5+ years managerial/leadership experience within HVM (High Volume Manufacturing)
- Exposure to semi-conducting industry and organization/people development sense is strong pluses
