Essential Responsibilities:
Lead lean initiatives and execute Lean projects in order to meet internal productivity and growth targets.
- Expertise in Lean and CAP tools to provide solutions and lean applications in process change
- Drive changes and collaborations cross functions and P&Ls by unauthorized leadership and influence.
- Play as Liaison between China region L6S team and the global lean team
- Drive Lean culture and assist Lean training/mentoring to leadership team and employees
- Benchmark both internal and external business processes to identify best in class processes and bring them to this organization.
Qualifications/Requirements:
Self- motivated starter, able to identify opportunities/challenges, then drive changes with solid executions and operations
- Expert in lean knowledge and rich implementation experience at functional and enterprise levels, including in both transactional and manufacturing flows; understand Lean philosophy and mastering in VSM and other lean tools
- Outstanding communication and influence skills and able to lead and motivate cross-functional teams in dynamic environment without authorization
- Clear thinker with sharp strategic views and able to draw VSM/picture in whole
- Good business acumen and strong it operation background especially in ITO and OTR processes; sales operation experience preferred
- Good presentation and facilitation skills; English fluent and global communication experience preferred
