Essential Responsibilities:
Meet sales target set in Goals and Objectives.
- Demonstrates leadership in communicating business goals/programs/presses for an area or business segment.
- Responsibility of directing IT Jenbacher customer relationship with accounts in assigned projects or region.
- Exploring and creating sales opportunities where IT Jenbacher in profitable growth
- Positioning IT Jenbacher as the customer's best resource for automation & control solution, machinery protection and information management
- Developing business partner relationships using a Win/Win approach in managing the sales territory
- Promote boundaryless; Six Sigma mindset, as well as, teamwork / alignment with other teams
- Engagement with OTR team to ensure flawless execution of projects
- Responsible for projects with defined scope, personal involvement in closing large projects
- Fully utilize Jenbacher and beyond internal resources to drive Jenbacher business growth and customer relationship promotion thru Enterprise-Selling solutions, and achieve cross segment synergy growth
Qualifications/Requirements:
Bachelor's degree or above in engineering, strong knowledge of the coal power plant including equipment press knowledge
- Minimum of 3 years working experience in industrial equipment sales area
- Detailed knowledge and technical sales experience on gas engine related product
Excellent interpersonal, communication and presentation skills
- Customer centricity with result-oriented mindset
- Proactive work style with strong drive to achieve results
- Ability to develop relationship at all levels of customer organization
- Willing to travel on short notice
- Fluent in Mandarin and English (Spoken & Written)
