Company Background:
Our client is a well-known MNC company in various technology and services industries.

Essential Responsibilities:

• In charge of production line first pass and final pass yield, consistently improving production productivity, and reducing cost of quality. 
• Use LEAN Six Sigma manufacturing methodology to optimize manufacturing process, upgrade manufacturing equipment and workstation to reduce production cycle time, reduce cost and improve product quality consistently
• Represent Wuxi manufacturing site joining the global ECO (Engineering Change Order) process, drive standardizing the BOM / Design etc... 
• Develop production work instruction documentations for plant operations and train operators
• Interact with product management, and supply chain colleagues across the facility to support customer quality improvement efforts

Qualifications/Requirements:

• BS degree in Mechanical Engineering with strong Auto CAD skills;
• 6+ years of engineering experience in a manufacturing environment;
• Direct experience with machining design or manufacturing process design

• Ability to work independently as well as in a cross functional team environment;
• Excellent analytical and problem solving skills;
• Six Sigma certification (it employees only)
• Previous experience with lean manufacturing.
