Company Background: Our client is a well-known MNC company in various technology and services industries.
Key Areas of Responsibility:
- Act as the focal point to provide financial support to CS Service commercial and operation team.
- Responsible for quarterly closing and develop reliable estimates of Sales to CM results; Communicate current results and estimates to business and finance leaders; identify risks and opportunities throughout the quarter
- Lead Finance/Business planning cycles including SI (Strategic plan) & SII (business plan)
- Lead simplification, standardization & process improvement across the finance teams and the operating teams in all aspects of planning, reporting and business execution and increase capacity for value-added financial analysis
- Drive productivity and base cost bullet train projects
- Consolidate actual operating performance and report financial results.
- Ad hoc tasks
Required Skills & Competencies:
- Bachelor degree in Accounting, Audit or Finance
- At least 5 year financial experience in multinational companies. FP&A experience preferred
- Fluent in oral & written English
- Extensive knowledge of Excel and PowerPoint. Knowledge of Oracle a plus
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong problem solving ability, able to work independently and as part of a team, proactive thinker/self-starter
