Company Background:

Our client is a well-known MNC company in various technology and services industries.

Essential Responsibilities - Internal:   

• Daily communication with internal commercial employees to drive company compliance culture;
• Identify the need for internal employees and external third parties compliance trainings. Formulate annual/monthly plans for such trainings.
• Conduct compliance trainings to employees and external third parties;
• Investigate compliance issues in connection with internal employees and third parties, and work together with Compliance manager or other senior members of Legal on discipline actions to internal employees or third parties.
• Work with business leaders, HR, compliance manager and dealer compliance manager to evaluate G&O accomplishment of each dealer support/dealer manager;
• Support dealer compliance manager to give all necessary assistance/trainings to junior DCS, to and manage certain projects on dealer compliance control.
• Other tasks assigned by Compliance Manager and other senior members of Legal.
