Role and Responsibility:

You will be an Engineering Manager of It's Digital Media Operation team within the Creative Suite Business Unit working on the "Flash Professional", which is the most advanced authoring environment for creating interactive websites, digital experiences and mobile content. This is a new team to be established in China. In-depth knowledge and experience of C++ development on Windows or Mac OS, especially experience in vector-based animation authoring application development, are crucial to the success of this team. You will be responsible for establishing and leading the team to accomplish design, developing, testing and maintenance of some of the features in "Flash Professional" following It's software development process with high standard of quality. Detailed responsibility includes:

• Manage an engineering team with talented developers and quality engineering.
• Define the team's long term goal and strategic roadmap.
• Ensure the high quality of team's delivery in each release.
• Guide and facilitate the team to resolve critical technical issues.
• Be responsible for all aspects of people management of the team.
• Coach and mentor team members.
• Continuous improve the software development process.
• Regular status updating and reporting to upper level of management.
• Cross team communication. Being as contact person with external teams.
• Contribute to China R&D's process improvement and site buildup.

Skill-set Requirement:

• BS or MS in Computer Science, or equivalent.
• 2+ years of software design management and people management experiences.
• 5+ years C/C++ development experiences on Windows or Mac OS platform.
• Passion for creating world class desktop application.
• Knowledge and experience in software development process.
• Cross sites collaboration experience in multinational companies.
• Logic thinking and structured approach during problem solving.
• Creative thinking and Innovation.
• Excellent English reading and writing skills. Fluent oral English.
• Be highly responsible, proactive, adaptable and good team player.
• Self motivator and fast learner.
• Knowledge in Agile development process is a plus.
• Knowledge and experience in "Flash Authoring" is a plus.
