Job description:

• Team management and policy/process improvement
  Lead team members and be responsible for team results in terms of efficiency, risk control results, and other indexes. Propose proactively and implement credit policy/standards/procedure/stationeries improvement. Provide training and coaching to team members.
• Credit assessment
  Assessment of corporate credit applications for responsible dealer/corporate following internal standards, policies and procedures, including due-diligence of provided information;
  Preparation of credit write-ups and approval recommendations. Ensure that annual reviews and monthly review of all assigned dealer accounts are conducted in line with defined processes and timeline. Checking of all legal documentations for completeness relating to any corporate credit.
• Risk Management
  Continuously monitoring and analysis on dealer/corporate customer's risk profile, operational and financial situation, payment behavior, and inventory audit results. Propose proper action or solutions accordingly.
• Collections
  Coordinate dealer collections.
  Lead/participate projects and other assignments from time to time.

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Bachelor degree in finance or finance related
• Excellent English, both written and spoken
• Mandarin
• Sound knowledge about Microsoft Office applications
• Excellent analytical and communication skills
• Good analytical and communication skills
• Management and coordination skills
• Corporate credit analysis experience in a Financial Services Company or Bank or other related finance industry or function for at least 5 years, management experience is a plus

• 5 years working experience in international accounting firm, management experience is a plus
