Objective of job Provide Business Consulting to internal business partners and Demand Management in the area of Retail Management Systems. Provide inputs for the future development of DMS product, as a facilitator between Business and IT working networked (cross-department), identifying and utilizing synergies across ITM
Job designation Business Consulting Understand the value-chains of the Business partners (Internal & External) & serve as facilitator between Business and IT
- Prepare and support business requirement specification process
- Conduct research, data collection, analysis and synthesis to prepare, present and deliver recommendations and solutions to business partner
- Contribute to the development of a solution design that meets business requirements
- Participate in the delivery and implementation of solutions for Business partners
- As business process advisor, develop at least one area of business process expertise (Accounting/Sales/Parts/Service) in which he/she is recognized as experts to facilitate effective communication with Business Partner
Demand Management Play active role in the Demand Management of the Autoline Dealer Management System and related applications
- Qualify and Consolidate Demand
- Feasibility checks on the Demand working closely with CoC
- Develop High Level Estimation working closely with the vendors
- Prepare change and project approval documentation
- Provide inputs to project manager(s) for Project plan preparation
- Participate in Regional and national User Group Councils
- Work closely with the Support teams to identify areas of improvement
User Training
- Prepare and conduct (if required) trainings for the Dealer Users on new System enhancements and functionality introduced
- Prepare, plan and execute on-going training to the Dealer Users to bring them upto speed on Autoline DMS systems
Documentation
- Document all system changes, requirement specifications, with appropriate signature and approval, to ensure the compliance with FCPA, SOX and IT policies
- Prepare Training Manuals and Documents for effective Training Management
General Application Support
- Maintain the highest level of service to all internal customers
Qualification
Education University degree in Computer Science and advanced studies in Business Management
Experience
- At least 4 years in Business process consulting or related role in a multi-national company
- Demonstrated experience in managing change arising from the business process or system functionality
- Experience in Retail Business processes in Automotive or related industries is an advantage
Special Knowledge
- Knowledge of ITIL processes related to Incident and Change Management
- Understanding of system development cycle and programming logic
- Basic knowledge in Project Management
- Knowledge in general IT infrastructure and components
- Knowledge of Autoline Dealer Mgmt System is preferred
- Good business partner communication, interpersonal skills and self driven
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills in developing and designing solutions
- Excellent command of spoken and written English
