• Ensure the smooth operation for the BackOffice environment in Daimler China
• Close cooperation /support external service partner (Helpdesk team, Singapore operation team)
• Lead internal operation team with 2 staffs
• Implementation of IT operation related projects
• Incident/ problem solving and management
• Development and implementation of processes, tools

Job designation

Leading

• Leading the operation team members with goals, levels of achievements, and escalation management. Transfer of know-how and competencies.

Operations
Ensure the availability and consolidated operations of all IT Infrastructure systems, according to the defined service levels and business requirements.

• Ensure the availability and consolidated operations of server and network
• Constant improvement, streamlining and optimization of all functions with appropriate change management of processes, involved people and training as well as on-going support
• Data center management
• Change management

Project Management

• Project Leadership and Management for the Deployment, Roll-Out and Implementation of small/medium IT infrastructure solutions related to operation.

Communication / Reporting

• Efficiently communications with all users in the business units and Joint Ventures, as well as towards DNEA ITM senior manager and regional ITI organizations on the changes and issues.
• Ensure timely and transparent reporting regarding of operation in DNEA towards the ITM management team.

Security management

• Ensure the information security from technical and procedure perspective.

Qualification 

Education
University Degree in Computer Science, or equivalent higher education

Experience

• More than 5 years in information technology field, with solid knowledge of IT infrastructure including servers, networks, firewall
• Experience of both Windows system and Lotus Notes administration skill in a large scale environment.
• Good understanding of software and network architecture, including security implications.
• Analytical mind to problem solving (root cause analysis, ability to look for the 'whole' solution).
• Project management experienced
• Good interpersonal skills
• Leader ship with small team
• Good English communication skill

Specific Knowledge

• Deep know-how of standard infrastructure, systems
• Operating concepts for the professional system operation
