Vertical Leader - Power(3361)

Company Background:
Our client is a well-known MNC company in various technology and services industries.


Essential Responsibilities - Internal: 

  • Own the sales performance for the Power Industry countrywide.
  • Provide industry outlook, competitor situation and directions for key investment areas.
  • Create and implement marketing and sales strategies that align IT Fanuc resources with solutions to the customers needs.
  • Develop, penetrate and expand key customers within the Power industry by use of a total solutions approach. Work closely with sales force to meet forecasted sales goals.
  • Provide application knowledge for the Power industry and conduct necessary trainings to the related stakeholders.
  • Communicate product needs and competitive offering to the product management groups.
  • Work closely with Professional Service team during pre-sales and project execution phase to create value for customers.
  • Leverage IT enterprise sales efforts to link other IT businesses with key customers.

Qualifications/Requirements - Internal: 

  • Bachelor's Degree in Automation Control, Electrical Engineering or related areas. At least 8 years industrial selling experience and 4 years of sales leadership experience. 
  • Self-confident, effective influencing and negotiation skills. 
  • Strong commercial skill, analysis and judgment capability 
  • Strong Interpersonal Skills. 
  • Proficiency in English 
  • Team player with high energy and the ability work with multiple functions and businesses to meet sales goals.
