ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES:
This position, reporting to the Turbomachinery Quality Leader, will have the following responsibilities:
- Lead the Quality Policies for Turbomachinery Regional/Hub business assuring we perform our tasks worldwide through the same processes and procedures.
- Work closely with the Regional/Hub business assessing and redefining our current Quality system and its control identifying gaps and scopes for improvement. Visit the field installations in the Region to ensure quality practices are being applied. He/she will be in touch with field personnel.
- Be responsible for Root Cause Analysis management and lesson learnt activating the most suitable functions in the organization to solve issues.
- Identify process improvements and be responsible for their redesign and implementation.
- Develop local quality metrics and expertise.
- Being the Customer interface about Quality topics and improvement processes. Drive the closure of issues in a quality and timely fashion.
- Be local TR&S expert and support the teams back in HQ and in the field to ensure all equipment are compliant.
- Implement a local audit system to check the compliance of O&G and regulatory quality standards.
