Description: 

The Cost Productivity Leader provides cost related financial planning and analysis support, drives operation team to identify & materialize cost saving opportunities in Healthcare China.

Duties include (but are not limited to):

• In charge of indirect cost and base cost related planning cycles including SII (1-year Plan), and OP (operating plan/budget)
• Responsible for monthly indirect cost and base cost forecast and prepare for monthly ops review with Healthcare CEO/CFO
• In charge of running bullet train review mechanism within Healthcare China. Also responsible to prepare and present to Healthcare CFO / Indirect cost champion in the monthly global bullet train review
• Provide actual base cost analysis and frequently communicate the results to management team and HQ functional directors. Monitor actual spending and assist management team to control base cost.
• Assist at quarterly closing and in charge of cost related closing reports to global FP&A.
• Continuously improve closing process for better efficiency.
• One contractor in Dalian reports to this role
• This role reports solid line to Healthcare FP&A Manager

Qualifications: 

• 4~8 years of experience in Controllership or FP&A, or relevant Finance function in a fortune top 500 company;
• Strong analytical skills and critical thinking.
• Strong communication skills (oral, written & listening); Fluent English speaking.
• Good influencing and facilitating skills;
• High sense of ownership and self-motivation
• Performance oriented and customer oriented; persistently in tracking issues, able to identify and resolve problems;
• Competencies in completing assignments independently and work closely with other colleagues together as a team player;
