Description:

• The Clinical Research Leader role supports the clinical and application definition, development, and validation of mammography products.
• The role is one of the main Voice Of the Customer in defining products prior to program kick-off (M0: Product Definition), during the development of the product (M0 to M4: NPI), and after product launch (post M4: Installed Base).
• The role manages the training of the downstream team application specialists for the modality, in close link with his counterpart based in other poles. He is supporting introduction of new products, new features and functionalities, and maintains a constant level of knowledge on the mammography products amongst the application specialists team (downstream).
• The role contributes to the evaluation of complaints for the clinical application part.
• The role support the analysis and resolution of customers issues for the modality (CSO)

Duties include (but are not limited to):

• To be responsible for attending regular and exceptional meeting on complaint and customer issue meetings. To support analysis of these complaints and customer issues and propose and help implementing and deploying solutions when feasible and applicable.
• To be directly involved in the definition, development and support of product. This includes attending regular meetings, reviewing and generating documents. This also includes organization and execution of WO, MAB's, observational researches, supporting clinical study, as well as validation of product customer documentation.
• To be responsible for driving, following-up, and reporting through a dashboard or equivalent tool the plan for application specialist training.
• To support trade shows, seminars and customer trainings.
• To contribute to the definition of the 3 years product roadmap and long term PL strategy on the Mammography application

• Complete all planned Quality & Compliance training within the defined deadlines
• Identify and report any quality or compliance concerns and take immediate corrective action as required
• Drive compliance/closure of Regulatory and Quality requirements before approving Design Control FDRs and NPI program milestones
• Identify continuous improvement activities by initiating the implementation of process and product quality improvement initiatives

Qualifications:

• Excellent knowledge of Mammography application
• Very good customer relationship and focus
• Good written and oral communication skills
• Ability to work independently and systematically
• Good interpersonal skills to build good working relationships both internally and externally
• Proven ability to manage complex projects across global regions

Preferred Qualifications:

• Excellent skills in written and verbal presentation
• Deep knowledge in Medical Imaging and Clinical applications
