Company Background: Our client is a well-known MNC company in various technology and services industries.
Essential Responsibilities:
Responsible for Sales of the IT Energy portfolio including IT gas turbines, steam turbines, control systems, water treatment, financial solutions etc., to Chinese EPC partners who are pursuing projects locally and globally. The incumbent will:
- Lead the screening and development of new competitive partnering channels
- Lead with regional and headquarters sales & project teams to sell the breadth of the Energy portfolio of products and services to Partner.
- Aggressively and creatively lead the development and implementation of sales strategies utilizing all available resources to develop enterprise solutions driving incremental business for the various Energy businesses.
- Establish strong relationships with high level, key decision makers working for EPC partners in China.
- Develop strategic alliance agreements & project structures that drive incremental and long-term business for IT as well as effectively manage project risk.
- Effectively manage the partner relationship through an ongoing monitoring and auditing process
- Identify training requirements to enhance partner competencies.
- Gather Market and Competitive insight
- Act as the single point owner and interface for SNC throughout ITO process and as necessary throughout the OTR process to ensure a positive customer satisfaction (Net Promoter Score/NPS).
Qualifications/Requirements:
- BS Engineering degree or equivalent.
- Minimum 5 years of commercial experience of tendering and negotiating turnkey projects
- A highly motivated "self starter" who is goal oriented, has strong interpersonal, communication, and technical skills.
- Customer oriented mindset.
- Interested in sales engineering role matrixed with the IT Energy organizations.
- Willingness and ability to work various issues resolution simultaneously and within aggressive timeframes.
- Fluent English communication skills (oral & written).

- Understanding of global power plant business and sales experience

- Computer literate, proficient in multiple applications.
