Vertical Leader - Oil & Gas(3361-2) |
Company Background: Our client is a well-known MNC company in various technology and services industries.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Grows profitable sales within the Oil & Gas vertical market segment for the Industrial Solutions Business.
- Develops vertical domain knowledge and product solution expertise for the targeted segment.
- Owns the overall Vertical strategy/go to market approach, and ensures that the sales team has access and is using the strategy.
- Owns the development and growth of the overall vertical pipeline of opportunities, as well as the individual sales team assignments to ensure proper local coverage.
- Owns senior/executive level customer relationships and business development strategy within the vertical.
- Leads key efforts in developing relationships with EPC and DI'S
- Leads direct sales and regional sales teams on specific opportunities to achieve budgeted sales by leveraging a one IT solution approach.
- Work with APO marketing for market intelligence and marcomm initiatives.
- Work with APO product management for major NPI initiatives with the vertical.
Qualifications Required:
- Bachelor Degree and over 8+ years industrial selling experience and leadership experience will be a plus.
- Strong china & MNC O&G industry & application knowledge.
- Strong technical solution knowledge for Electrical Distribution.
- Proven leadership skills.
- Self-motivator, effective influencing and negotiating skills.
- Commercial skills, analysis and judgment capability are essential
- Comfortable communicator at senior/executive level.
- Good English skills both oral and written.
- Team player with high energy and the ability work with multiple functions and businesses to meet multiple goals.
