Essential Responsibilities:

• ECLP is one of IT's world-famous leadership development programs. To supplement on-the-job learning, program participants will strengthen their commercial, business, and leadership skills by completing an intensive curriculum consisting of six weeks of classroom training and in-residence global symposiums. The program is global in scope with participants from the North America, Latin America, EMEA (Europe, Middle East, Africa), China, Japan, SE Asia, and India.
• ECLP exposes members to multiple segments within a given IT business. This rotational experience will highlight the diversity that differentiates IT from other companies and will help to accelerate learning. Upon successful completion of the program, ECLP graduates will be considered for key commercial roles in IT. Members may be required to relocate 2-3 times while on program.

Qualifications/Requirements:

• MBA or Masters required. Marketing is preferred.
• 5-7 years sales or marketing experience gained in a commercial environment, ideally within the Energy industry sector.
• Customer and/or market experience relevant to Asia region.
• Self-starter with proven track record of achieving results.
• Strong analytical, modeling and communication skills.
• Team player with the ability to effectively communicate with all levels.
• Fluent English with business-fluent second language desired.
• Demonstrated achievement and leadership in sales and/or marketing.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with ability to embrace change.
• Strong analytical, project management and organizational skills.

Desired Characteristics:

• Technical degree such as engineering, math, science or physics preferred.
  Expertise aligned with Power Generation, Transmission and Distribution industry.
• Practical understanding of current and emerging energy industry trends.
