Company Background:
Our client is a well-known MNC company in various technology and services industries.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Provide overall leadership to the ITO and OTR teams to aggressively drive execution of all internal and external Project Management activities and ensure successful proposal development and order execution of projects across specific geographic regions within Asia.
• Drive project requirements across regions including hit rate, cost, schedule, change order growth, and customer satisfaction.
• Ensure all ITO and OTR processes and guidelines are followed by regional proposal and project teams.
• Ensure all required Project reporting is up to date and accurate.
• Foster team environment across the regional teams to facilitate success.
• Lead initiatives to improve the quality and accuracy of project proposals, and ensure a consistent sales strategy is developed and used across the country regions.
• Facilitate on-going project reviews with respective Project Managers and Site Contracts Managers to ensure projects are on track and being executed on time according to plan
• Participate in Country QMIs to lead and drive efforts for both on going pipeline development, and backlog execution to meet monthly/quarterly orders and sales goals.
• Utilize Six Sigma, process discipline, and digitization tools to ensure continuous improvement within the ITO and OTR organizations.
• Provide leadership and mentoring for the overall organization to ensure the on going development and growth of the team's strength and capabilities.

Qualifications Required:

• Bachelor's degree or above in Engineering, preferably in Electrical Engineering or related majors
• PMP- Masters certified
• Minimum 10 years experience in Project Management including Site Contracts
  Management, out of which 3-4 years should preferably be in the switchgears industry
• An MBA degree from a reputed institute will be a plus factor
