Job Description:

  • Act as It Program owner in Healthcare Industry, accountable define industry strategy and account plan, so as execution.
  • Establish It influence power to key decision makers in healthcare industry, including SFDA, local MOH official, key hospital CXO, and the key players in pharmaceutical and medical equipment segments as well.  
  • Discover healthcare industry market trends and opportunity, identify new business opportunity the for industry transformation, define solution enablement plan to bridge gap.
  • Increase cross It platform products TAM and MSS in healthcare industry through 1:1 based influence and boarder marketing campaign.
  • Accelerate It new product and latest technology adoption in healthcare industry through establishing It reference accounts in the market, solution enablement and scaling.
  • Provide training for It FT marketing and sales team. Provide market Intelligence about IT user's needs and technology trends to regional and factory; Support local marketing team with market intelligence on IT corporations

Qualification:

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Chinese and English
  • Minimum 8-10 year sales and marketing experience in IT industry or medical industry
  • Solid working experience in MNC environment
  • In depth insight of healthcare industry, experience in medical equipment vendor preferred
  • Self motivated with the strong teamwork spirit and working ethics

General Skills:

  • Skill of work in matrix organization and align stakeholders on project basis
  • Ability of dealing with complex issues where needs analysis of situations and in-depth knowledge of ICT industry.
  • Ability of rapidly qualifying opportunities and of managing formal pipeline of prospects.
  • Good at managing general customer relationships and ability to influence customer senior executives
  • Be able to interpreter customer's needs to business requirements and technical spec.
