Job Description:  The Ultra Mobility Group (UMG) Software Architecture Team is seeking an experienced Sr. Software engineer to join the newly created team working on Wireless Display Technology for MeeGo and Android. The position requires a self-driven individual who is capable and excited to learn about new technologies and usage models in the mobile handset industry. You will be tasked with developing platform software to enable Wireless Display. Platform software will include the areas of wireless networking, power and performance, media encoding / decoding, security and graphics by leveraging work of similar teams within It or open source. Your contributions will include writing requirements and collecting feedback from customers and marketing. Expect to have frequent interaction with internal and external developers, architects to root cause issues and verify fixes. Develops solutions to problems utilizing formal education,  judgment and formal software process.
