Primary Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute the overall PSI and inventory planning.
• Reduce past due backlog and expedite key orders to improve fill rate.
• Work closely with internal and external sources to push on-time delivery to customers.
• Provide accurate lead times on orders and update crating status timely as projects progress
• Distribute and communicate inventory targets to Asia regions to maximize the fulfillment meanwhile minimize inventory, improve inventory turnover.
• Improve operations processes and service by implementing lean 6 sigma methodology.
• Generate and implement SOPs.
• Influence and communicate well with all levels of the organization.
• Motivate and grow teams

Qualifications Required:

• University Degree with 8 years experiences in order fulfillment and planning.
• Good understanding of sourcing function, and experience dealing with suppliers
• Strong analytical and negotiation skills
• Process and result oriented.
• Strong leadership and facilitation skills, Strategic thinking.
• Excellent business/financial acumen, proficient in leading and setting direction for teams
• Good command of English in both oral and written
• Excellent communication skill & interpersonal skill
• Good PC knowledge
