Primary Responsibilities:

• Manage overall logistics matters in Asia pole.
• Drive productivity and cost savings through all phases of material movement process, reduce cycle time and achieve improvements in inventory turnover
• Manage Shipments by land, sea and air, develop transportation optimization practices
• Responsible for the Storage, Maintenance and billing of customer owned material
• Manage and improve operations in MDCs including bonded warehouse in free trade zones.
• Improve operations processes and service by implementing lean 6 sigma methodology.
• Generate and implement SOPs.
• Work with suppliers to provide timely and accurate billing
• Ensure Compliance with regulatory requirements and IT Policies and Initiatives
• Motivate and grow the team

Qualifications Required:

• University Degree with 5-8 years experiences in logistics and customs related matters.
• Strong sense in process improvement/enhancement.
• Strong leadership and facilitation skills.
• Excellent business/financial acumen, proficient in leading and setting direction for teams
• Good command of English in both oral and written
• Excellent communication skill & interpersonal skill
• Good PC knowledge
