Company Background: Our client is a well-known MNC company in various technology and services industries.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Responsible for growing the industry sales of IT Industrial solution products in southwest region, including MV/LV equipment, Busway, transformer and RMU.
- Develop customer relationship in targeted industries, Lead, support and manage the regional sales team to achieve sales target assigned by the Greater China GM.
- Leverage the resources of IT in China to maximize sales force effectiveness
- Responsible for team management and improve team's effectiveness.
Qualifications Required:
- Bachelor degree or above, major in power utility, automation and electrical engineering, or equivalent.
- At least 6 years sales experience with proven track record in the above-mentioned fields plus two years in a leading sales role in multinational company.
- Strong communication and leadership skill, ability to interface and influence different levels of customers both internal and external
- Strong self-motivated
- Fluent English and Mandarin both in written and spoken
