Role Summary/Purpose:

Essential Responsibilities:
Also He/She will have to provide support on new or potential large investments within the region such as factory expansion, new equipments, green field plants, etc.
- Serve as a business partner to the operating team to drive business initiatives, growth, and profitability at factory and region level.
- Direct Manage finance teams in GSC factories.
- Develop estimates, operating plans/forecasts/reviews/reports (GAAP), Growth Playbook (3-year plan) and SII (1-year plan).
- Promote controllership responsibility within business.
- Partner with Operational teams (DMP, Quality and VCP) and Global Operations Staff to drive performance and act as champion for variable & base cost productivity.
- Provide capital spending financial reviews to ensure maximum return and increased operating efficiency and capacity.
- Establish operating forecasts and plans, including ad-hoc analysis for payback, restructuring, make vs buy decisions.
- Manage appropriate cash flow, investment, expenses, and receivables to support product line operating decisions.
- Develop financial career paths throughout GSC.
- Drive best practices sharing across the plants
Qualifications/Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance
- At least 10 additional years of experience in a financial position
- Manufacturing financial experience including cost accounting & efficiency metrics
- Ability to work and manage remotely cross cultural teams
