Role Summary/Purpose:

• The Supply Chain Senior Finance Manager provides financial and business leadership for our Asia Manufacturing Operations located in China, Vietnam, India, Singapore, and Malaysia.

Essential Responsibilities:

Also He/She will have to provide support on new or potential large investments within the region such as factory expansion, new equipments, green field plants, etc.

• Serve as a business partner to the operating team to drive business initiatives, growth, and profitability at factory and region level.
• Direct Manage finance teams in GSC factories.
• Develop estimates, operating plans/forecasts/reviews/reports (GAAP), Growth Playbook (3-year plan) and SII (1-year plan).
• Promote controllership responsibility within business.
• Partner with Operational teams (DMP, Quality and VCP) and Global Operations Staff to drive performance and act as champion for variable & base cost productivity.
• Provide capital spending financial reviews to ensure maximum return and increased operating efficiency and capacity.
• Establish operating forecasts and plans, including ad-hoc analysis for payback, restructuring, make vs buy decisions.
• Manage appropriate cash flow, investment, expenses, and receivables to support product line operating decisions.
• Develop financial career paths throughout GSC.
• Drive best practices sharing across the plants

Qualifications/Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance
• At least 10 additional years of experience in a financial position
• Manufacturing financial experience including cost accounting & efficiency metrics
• Ability to work and manage remotely cross cultural teams
