Primary Responsibilities:
The ERP IM Program Manager will be responsible for and execute Energy Services ERP strategy via various ERP projects in Finance process area
ERP Program Leadership:
- Build ERP strategy in the region. Align strategy with Energy Services IM (Impact) global initiatives.
- Leads ERP implementation for Finance process areas in IT Energy Services businesses including Repair ERP, T&D ERP, ENVS ERP and OC ERP...
- Support migration of Oracle ERP to SAP, or Oracle ERP R12 Upgrade if any
- Leads integration of solution with other functional areas ¨C Finance, Optimization, Supply Chain, Traditional Quality, Lean Six Sigma and Reporting - to enable world-class end-to-end business solution
- Manage supplier relationships to ensure ongoing delivery & operational support of high quality, cost effective solutions
Project Management:
- Lead and coordinate global matrixed project teams, execute plans, and enable business process re-engineering with high impact to business or become a recognized expert in a specialized field
- Lead analysis, business requirement gathering, design, documentation, and implementation for business processes.
- Manages daily activities, issue resolution and communication across project execution teams in order to deliver projects on-time, on-budget, as-requested by customer
- Identify and analyze project and technical risks & impacts; define alternatives & prioritizations to remove roadblocks
- Follow the PMM (project management methodology) tollgate process.
Business Partnership:
- Work as a business partner with client leaders and users in certain Energy Services sub-businesses e.g. Repair to evaluate / improve business processes and arrive at mutual, cost effective solutions
- Develop peer, cross-functional & cross-IT business relationships to maximize best practice sharing & team effectiveness to deliver & support quality initiatives
Qualifications Required:
- Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Information Technology, Computer Science or Engineering with 5-10 years of experience in supporting business applications and technologies to digitize business processes
- Demonstrated ability to drive implementation of Enterprise Resources Planning (ERP) systems - Oracle
- Minimum 3 years experience in leading Oracle ERP projects or teams
Desired Characters:
- Proven leadership skill in both business planning and information technology
- Knowledge of Oracle ERP applications, with additional hands-on experience preferred
- Program / Project management experience
- Strong oral and written communication skills
- Ability to set own action plans and be proactive

- Demonstrated commitment to Six Sigma. Green Belt or Black belt certification (IT Internal)
