Our client is a well-known MNC company in various technology and services industries.

Responsibilities/Job Roles:
Cooperate with LED Design engineer/ Mech Engineer to impletement the manufacturing process setup in supplier site for the new developed product.  Key product types under development include LED indoor and outdoor luminaires for use in general lighting applications.

• Cooperate with LED Systems design engineer and mechnical engineer on the DFM analysis
• Conduct PFMEA with suppliers
• Set up the quality document with the PMQE engineer include the PQI, MCP
• Audit suppliers SOP of production
• Conduct the process capability assessment during the product trail
• Monitor the supplier's process capability for the product post mass product.
• Research the advance manufacturing process for the LED systems for the new product development
• Set up the material data base for the approve material which is concern of the product reliability/lumen maintenance.
• Evaluation the material cost to drive lower material cost of the product
• Evaluate the mfg process with supplier to drive the productivity and yield.

Qualifications/Requirements:

• BS on Mechnical, material, processing from accredited university as min
• At least 5 years engineering/manufacturing experience with BS degree or 2~3 years working experience with MS degree
• Well understanding of the metal processing and related equipment
• Well understanding of plastic injection and related equipment
• Well understanding of the Lean, 5S

Desired Requirements:

• Experience with LED industrial is preferred
• Six Sigma Green Belt certification is preferred
