Primary Responsibilities:

• As the owner of Asia panel builder program commercial process and contract process, set up clear plan and fast pace deliverable to speed up valuable panel builder identification and cooperation process in Asia
• Develop and manage panel builder partner pool, take the ownership of panel builder incentive and annul evaluation process
• Identify Panel Builder program building blocks (technique, quality, service, commercial, etc.) for LVNPI product commercialization.
• Support Processes and tools for panel builder program annual OP planning, facilitate cross function communication for day to day operational / commercial support.
• Ensure panel builder program running with consistency, clarity, and simplification in compliance with industry standards

Qualifications Required:

• Owning a engineering bachelor degree.
• Minimum of 3 years of electric industry experience
• Minimum of 1year of experience in working with a global team
• Minimum of 3 year commercial function experience
• Fluent in English and Chinese, BOTH ORAL and written

• Understanding of low voltage switchgear technologies, its value proposition, and applicability to customers' operational needs
• Excellent understanding of low voltage switchgear market
• Excellent interpersonal, communication and facilitation skills
• Strong quantitative & analytical skills
• Strong execution ability, who can perform efficiently within a multiple demand environment
• Strong leadership, project management & organization skills
• Ability to operate independently, self-starter
• GB or BB certified
• Owning engineering degree, engineering master / MBA preferred
